We begin with understanding where you are on your journey. We take both structured and unstructed data (think marketing materials, customer call content, etc.) to begin to model out your ideal customer profile(s). We spend the time with your team to understand what does and doesn’t work, not just what might show up in CRM data.

Phase II - Delivery & Feedback

We take what we learn from Phase I and turn it into tools you can actually use. We both drive workshops and learning sessions with your team(s) as well as produce the account lists for you to prioritize. This lets us both get quick wins as well as to help bring teams together with a shared understanding of how to execute.

Phase III - Scale & Iteration

Your ICP(s) is a living, breathing thing. Our experience shows us that reviewing it every single quarter to know how it’s working and to adjust accordingly is key to keeping things working correctly.
